Step 1: Share your story
Answer a few questions about the person and what you remember most. It takes about ten minutes, and you can take as long as you like over it.
Step 2: We write and record the song
A songwriter turns your answers into lyrics, then it's recorded in the style and voice you chose. Your words, properly produced.
Step 3: It arrives by email
You get a private link to play it, read the lyrics as they're sung, and download it to keep. Within 7 days.

When will I receive it?
Within 7 days as standard. If you need it sooner you can choose 24-hour or 6-hour delivery when you pay. We email you as soon as it's ready, and you can check progress at any time using your order number.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Reply to the delivery email and tell us what's not right. We'll rewrite and re-record it once, free of charge. If you still aren't happy after that, we'll refund you in full.
Who owns the finished song?
You do. Play it at an event, share it with family, keep a copy for good. We don't publish it or use it for anything without asking you first.
What happens to the story I share?
It's used to write your song and nothing else. We don't publish it, sell it, or show it to anyone outside the small team making your song. You can ask us to delete it once your song is delivered.
Can I download it, or does it only work online?
You can download the audio file and keep it on your own computer or phone. The online page is just the easiest way to listen the first time.
Will they know how it was made?
Only if you tell them. What they'll hear is a song about them, built from the things you chose to share.
Can I speak to somebody?
