Revisions and refunds
If the song isn’t right, reply to the delivery email and tell us what to change. We’ll rewrite and re-record it once, free of charge. If you’re still not happy after that revision, we’ll refund what you paid in full — you keep the song either way.
How we use your story
What you write is used to make your song and nothing else. It is never published, sold, or shown to anyone outside the small team working on your order. We don’t use it in advertising, and we don’t share your email with anybody. Once your song is delivered you can ask us to delete the details you gave us, and we will.
Who owns the song
You do. Play it at a party or a service, give copies to family, keep it as long as you like. We won’t publish it or use it as an example without asking you first and getting a yes.
